I'm guessing most of you know that some servers have the handcuff/hostage rope tool but if you don't then allow me to explain ^-^.
So only Thief's and Pro thief's can get this it makes the whole hostage situation easier, you spawn with one and one only but once used you cant get it again unless you die or buy it from a special arms dealer (which in our case we don't have one on the server).
How it works:
1.You simply equip the Hostage Rope walk up to the target and hold the left or right click button the mouse after calling "/advert hostage" of course.
2.When you move they follow you by force, but they can also escape which we will get to later, you can then either place the rope at a spot by pressing Alt left or right click (not quiet sure about the keys) or you can hold E on them to take the rope off but keep them in the handcuffs or once done click E on them to take the handcuffs off along with a way to gag and blind them by putting a rag over there face,
3.Now to the escaping part, Normal users have a weaker hostage rope then donator as it can be broken out of by spaming "E" which eventually fills up a bar and they are set free
BUT if the person taking the person hostage has a gun out it will count as fail fear RP. As for donator's their hostage ropes can not be broken out of.
This is my suggestion hope you guys like it remember its not fully my idea i know a few RP servers that have this, although i could not fight anything like it in the workshop so it might be exclusive to their server.
