Now lads, I feel like this hasn't been discussed yet, but lots of you server newbies have been applying straight for an admin/moderator position, if you are new I feel as though you should make an application for trusted before you make one for moderator. Trusted is a rank meaning we can trust you with certain tools and the development of the server. Admins and or moderators please reply to share your thoughts on the subject  thanks. |

I do agree with you Jason, our staff members need to be experienced, along with the perks they must moderate and maintain the server from RDMers, Abusers, etc. I also agree that they should at least apply for trusted to see what the community thinks of them and how they can improve/if they're ready, I can see already people applying without getting recommendations or showing the higher ranks that they are responsible, mature and judgmental towards people who ruin game play.
